Main Parachute

Our main parachutes are the most technologically advanced canopies available in today's student sport parachuting. This allows you to fly a highly maneuverable parachute that also gives you the opportunity for a soft, gentle landing.

Reserve Parachute

Unlike older student equipment which utilize a round parachute for the reserve, we utilize a state-of-the-art square parachute. This allows the same performance in the reserve parachute as the main parachute. The reserve parachute has been certified by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) for the highest TSO category available: TSO C-23d.

Cypres (Automatic Activation Device)

Cypres is a backup system which will automatically start the deployment of the reserve parachute. This is a computerized state-of-the-art system which determines altitude and rate of descent. If these two parameters are within a certain range, the computer will automatically initiate the deployment of the reserve parachute.

THIS IS A BACKUP SYSTEM, AND DOES NOT ELIMINATE THE PROPER USAGE OF THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES WHICH EVERY SKYDIVER IS TRAINED TO PERFORM.
